Certified Quality Control for Safe & Reliable Chalk Products

At JordanChalk, quality is at the core of everything we produce. From chalk to clay, dough, and crayons, every product undergoes strict testing and inspection to ensure safety, consistency, and compliance with international standards. Our commitment to excellence guarantees that schools, distributors, and retailers receive products they can trust.

Our Quality Control Policy is based on the following measures:

1. All suppliers are evaluated on an ongoing basis.
2. Raw materials and packaging are tested upon receipt.
3. Each supplier must provide technical specifications with every delivery.
4. During production, samples are tested periodically and results are recorded.
5. Before packaging, the final product is inspected by the packaging department and documented.
6. Composite samples from production and packaging are tested by the quality control team after 24 hours.
7. Prior to delivery, samples are tested by the quality department, and a technical report is issued to the customer detailing product features and specifications.
8. All products comply with EN 71-1,2,3,9,11,12, GC Mark, and CE standards. These tests are conducted by internationally accredited third parties.
9. Pre-shipment samples are provided upon customer request.
